During my law studies, I pursued an additional track in entrepreneurship and management, and later specialised in Corporate law, driven by my strong interest in how legal and commercial strategy intersect. That combination naturally drew me to M&A — a field where analytical precision, commercial insight and dynamic collaboration come together. I enjoy working in fast‑moving environments and supporting deal teams with clear, structured and practical guidance at every stage of a transaction.

What matters to me is combining a structured approach with personal attention. I value being closely involved, turning complexity into clarity, and creating an approachable, collaborative atmosphere. In an evolving legal landscape — especially with technology and AI reshaping our work — I stay curious, engaged and focused on helping businesses move forward with confidence.
